Description

The Expo provides the enabling environment for local businesses, entrepreneurs , farmers , fisher folks , seamstress, tour guides , caterers, home-stay , Arts & Crafts, local wines to be marketed and sold as a product of the Belize River Valley /CBS . The initiative brought needed income to households , they learned how to market , pricing , and to sell their products . Normally the farmers produce goes to waste , or the women arts and crafts are never sold and are packed away simple because they had no experience in marketing , or no avenues to promote or sell their products , limited advocacy to market . The cost of going into the City to sell will be too expensive as the transportation system is not conducive to the nature of business. The Expo is the first of it's kind in the entire Belize River Valley and is the brain child of the CBS-WCG that has been growing each year since 2013 . The Expo was able to attract students , teachers , housewives , customers from as far as the capital City Belmopan.
