Equator Prize 2008 Nomination Forms

Please note that in order to be considered for the Equator Prize, initiatives must be community-based – individuals will not be considered.

Nomination forms may be submitted online, by Email, by Fax and by Post. However, only nominations submitted before May 31, 2008 will be accepted and considered for the Equator Prize.
